Eileen Rhea Tulipan

Eileen Rhea Tulipan, Of Counsel at Greenberg, Walden & Grossman, has extensive experience in family court matters, including divorce, child support, custody, equitable distribution, pre-nuptial agreements, domestic violence. In addition, Ms. Tulipan is experienced in handling residential real estate purchases and sales including condos and coops, business purchases and sales, leases, formation of corporations and LLCs, guardianships, landlord-tenant matters, and estate and probate matters.

Before moving her practice to the firm, Ms. Tulipan was a Partner at Tulipan & Conk with offices in North Bergen, Jersey City, and West Orange. Ms. Tulipan is admitted to practice law in New Jersey; and was certified as a Matrimonial Law Attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey from 1998 through 2010; and is a member of the Hudson County Bar Association Matrimonial Early Settlement Panel Advisory Committee.  She was honored as the Hudson County Family Law Practitioner of the Year in 2000. Ms. Tulipan has also appeared in New Jersey Monthly Magazine and New Jersey Super Lawyers from 2007 - 2009.
